      • A reference letter from a high school counselor/teacher that provides your behavioral needs, strengths, challenges and/or any related concerns (or previous Behavior Intervention Plan).
      • A reference letter from employer or volunteer coordinator.
      • A reference letter from a personal contact (non-relative).
      • IEP or Educational Evaluation
