- Three (3) reference letters:
  - A reference letter from a high school counselor/teacher that provides your behavioral needs, strengths, challenges and/or any related concerns (or previous Behavior Intervention Plan).
  - A reference letter from employer or volunteer coordinator.
  - A reference letter from a personal contact (non-relative).
  - IEP or Educational Evaluation
- High school transcripts
- College or post-secondary training transcripts
